CROSSTEX (PRIVATE) LIMITED industry-leading warranties on all of its instruments. Please note the table below to authenticate the length of warranty we offer for each instrument.
Manufacturer's Warranty for Surgical and Dental instruments
- CROSSTEX, instruments carry a limited, lifetime guarantee against defects in material and workmanship from the manufacturer.
- Instruments split from use outside of their intended design voids the warranty.
- Usual instrument care guidelines must be adhered to Sterilization and care-related problems are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
- Instrument breakdown due to accidents, or normal wear and tear, is not covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
- Warranty replacements must be pre-qualified by our staff to be processed. We may request to see digital photos of the instrument in question and may require the instrument to be returned for analysis
- Please do not send warranty replacement instruments before contacting us in advance; instruments must be properly identified as a CROSSTEX product
- CROSSTEX will only accept warranty claims for instruments sold by CROSSTEX with the CROSSTEX label brand etched on it As a courtesy, please assure that warranty returns are cleaned and sterilized.
- The company's warranty is limited to the repair and replacement of the faulty instrument
CROSSTEX (PRIVATE) LIMITED guarantees against defects in materials & manufacturing. If your CROSSTEX instruments should fail or are damaged due to a manufacturing or workmanship defect, we replace the product without objection or charge once the faulty product is returned with proof of purchase.
Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, misuse, alterations to the CROSSTEX instruments, or user negligence. CROSSTEX instruments should be disinfected following the processing guidelines provided. That guarantee does not cover damages that arise because these guidelines have not been followed.
CROSSTEX (PRIVATE) LIMITED reserves the right to decide whether an instrument is to be repaired or replaced. where instruments require sharpening, which is considered routine maintenance with normal use and is not covered by any guarantee.
